How to check your DPI:
- Canva: Export → Custom → set to 400 DPI
- Photoshop: Image → Image Size → check Resolution is 300+
- Illustrator: Export As → PNG → 300+ PPI
🔥 How to Apply
Temp: 355°F (180°C) | Pressure: Heavy | Time: 180 seconds | Peel: Cold
- Pre-press your blank tumbler for 5 seconds to remove moisture
- Wrap the transfer around your tumbler and secure with heat tape
- Press at firm pressure for 180 seconds at 355°F
- Let cool completely before peeling — do not rush this step
Press times may vary by tumbler brand — always check with your tumbler manufacturer first.

If your transfer has a defect on our end, we'll make it right. Results from incorrect pressing technique or low-resolution source files are not covered under our guarantee.

What if I don't know if my file is 300 dpi?
Here's how to check in 30 seconds: In Canva — Export as PNG → select 'High Quality' or Custom → set to 400 DPI. In Photoshop — Image → Image Size → check that Resolution shows 300+. In Illustrator — File → Export As → PNG → 300+ PPI. When in doubt, design at the exact final dimensions and export as large as possible.

What's a gang sheet and do I need one?
A gang sheet is a large print (23" wide, from 26" to 100" tall) where you arrange multiple designs side by side on one sheet. Instead of paying for each design as an individual transfer, you pack them all into one sheet — lower cost per design and one shipping charge. Perfect if you have 3+ client designs or want to batch print.
How long does shipping take?
Custom orders are processed in 2-3 business days. After that, USPS First Class typically delivers in 3-5 business days. Order today and you could have your transfer pressing by next week.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Custom orders go into production quickly. If you need to change your file, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. After production starts, file changes are not possible.
