Heat Press Time: 180 seconds
Pressed at a firm pressure for 180 seconds (3 minutes) at 180c / 355F. This can differ from tumbler to tumbler and it is always advised to check with the manufacturer or supplier of your sublimation tumbler first.

Yes! You can use it with a tumbler heat press at 365°F for 90 seconds using medium-heavy pressure. You can also use a sublimation oven at 356°F for approximately 6 minutes.
